Après avoir quintuplé la taille du Groupe ARCADO en 15 ans, Richard Paget et son frère Olivier Paget s’appuient sur MBO Partenaires pour créer un pôle français d’excellence dans le domaine de la charcuterie de terroir sous labels de qualité.
Arrivé chez MBO Partenaires en 2013, Raphaël est notamment intervenu sur les opérations d’acquisition de : Cofigeo, emagine, Solem, IMMR, Reflex CES et Groupe LT, ainsi que sur la première opération de MBO Partenaires en Espagne, Llorente & Cuenca. Il a participé également à l’acquisition du groupe William Saurin par Cofigeo.
Ingénieur de formation et diplômé d’un Master de Finance de l’ESCP Europe, Benjamin rejoint l’équipe de MBO Partenaires en septembre 2018. Il était précédemment Associé chez Activa Capital, où pendant 12 ans il a mené un grand nombre d’investissements et a siégé au conseil de sociétés de 20 à 150 M€ de chiffre d’affaires, dont Mecadaq Group, Nexeya, Ergalis ou ProNatura.
Il a été notamment impliqué dans des projets de plateforme de consolidation, et a participé à la transformation et l’amélioration opérationnelle de nombreuses entreprises.
L’acquisition de BCF Life Sciences par MBO Partenaires aux côtés des dirigeants, Jacques Pidoux et Renaud Sergheraert, donnera au groupe les ressources financières et le soutien humain nécessaires pour la poursuite du développement, en particulier à l’international et sur l’innovation.
